In Celebration at the MLK Community March
Join us at the south steps of the Texas State Capitol at 9:30 a.m. for the annual MLK Community March to celebrate Martin Luther King Jr.'s legacy. All ages are welcome! The march will conclude at Houston-Tillotson with a family-friendly festival featuring live music and plenty of vendors. Join the United Way team and represent your community.
In Service at The Georgetown Project
Our partners at The Georgetown Project invite all high schoolers to Youth Service Day at the Georgetown Community Center from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Activities include an interactive MLK presentation, service projects, lunch, and snacks.
