Volunteer for Fun, Kid-Friendly, Family Music Event
Looking for a fun volunteer opportunity? Come play music with kids and families at the library! No prior music experience needed!
We are seeking volunteers to help with our all-ages, kids-friendly family fun world music and culture workshops. We are a nonprofit that provides fun and engaging music and culture programs free to children and families in Austin. For the month of November, we are celebrating music and culture from India.
As a volunteer, you will help by encouraging audience participation, passing out instruments to audience members, and assisting with crowd management. We also need your help collecting email addresses, gathering audience testimonials, and taking photos.
What to expect as a volunteer? A lot of fun, smiles, cheers, and laughter! Seeing the kids and families play music together will brighten your day—this doesn’t feel like “work” at all. And you might just learn something about music in India that you didn’t know before.
