Community Tree Distribution and Planting Day
Volunteers are needed for on-site operations, tree delivery and tree planting.
Community Block Walk 2018
Saturday, September 29
8am – 2pm
Location: Pillow Elementary; 3025 Crosscreek Dr, Austin, TX 78757
Volunteers will:
- Block-walk a section of the North Shoal Creek neighborhood to offer trees to eligible properties;
- Distribute door hangers and tree flags to potential tree-planting sites;
- Record data;
Volunteers should dress for weather and bring work gloves, hat, sunscreen, and water.
On-site training will be provided.
Refreshments provided.
Age Minimum (with Adult): 18+, Minimum Age:18+
